• Willis Jamison Wake
On July 11, 2017, Jamie lost his only fight with congestive heart failure.
He was a loving husband, son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, and best friend. His kindness was apparent to all that knew him as he was always there to lend a hand, shoulder, or part of his heart to anyone in need. He always put a smile on the face of anyone that he met. He was the life of the party and the entertainment in any room. He had impeccable timing of when to crack a much needed joke. On your darkest day, he brought the light. Life with him was never boring, but an adventure. Only the good die young and he was the best. This world will be forever saddened by the loss of such an amazing person. May we meet again, my love and my best friend.
He was preceded in death by his beloved basset hound, Daisy; his grandparents, Nellie Seigler, Polly Wake, and Willis Wake; his step-brother, Edward Ivey; his father-in-law, Clarence Lee; his uncle, William Reed; and many dear friends.
He is survived by his wife, Tricia Lee-Wake; mother, Patricia Adams; his father, Willis Wake; his stepmother, Jennifer Wake; stepfather Bryan Adams; his mother-in-law Dorothy Lee; his brother, Matthew Adams; his step-sister, Laura
Ivey; his aunts Annise Sees, Kenna Lappana, and Jenny Seigler; his uncles Larry Seigler, Robbin Sees, and Russ Lappana; his step-niece Cahrin Ivey; his cousins Rhonda Stidham, Adam Lappana, Jessica Seigler, Brittany Seigler, David Stidham, Brandy Reed, Darrell “Cody” Stidham, Ronald Reed, and all of his friends.
In memory and celebration of someone who made this world a brighter and better place. A memorial will be held on July 29, 2017 with greeting at 1:00 p.m. and service at 2:00 p.m. at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.

He was a kind giving soul. When he saw me working next door and I was not using the proper tools, he would tell me to open the gate because he was coming over to give me the correct tool to do the job and help me. We will miss you jamming out in the morning or seeing you stand on the balcony. Rest In Peace my neighbor and friend.
