Burial will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, 7433 Pine Forest Road, Pensacola, Florida (32526), where Antonietta will laid to rest next to her husband, Waclaw Zemblowski, of nearly 50 years.

Antonietta was born in Lendinara, a town and commune in the province of Rovigo, Veneto, northern Italy, to Natale and Amabile (Milan) Montoncello on May 29, 1930. She married Waclaw Zemblowski in Chorley, England and had one daughter (Lauretta “Laurie” Irene). They came to the United States in 1958 and settled in Chicago, Illinois, where they would call home for 30 years. Much like her father, Antonietta was driven by her desire to help people. She trained to be nurse and spent many years at Columbus hospital and Walther Memorial. In 1988, she and Waclaw moved to Pensacola, Florida, where they would live with her daughter and family for the remainder of their lives.

Antonietta lived a full life. She was adventurous and loved spending time at the beach with her family; sharing stories with her grandchildren about her daughter; her family back home in Italy and life on the farm taking care of pigs, chickens, and cows; her time in England; and as a nurse. She loved to cook, take walks, dance, and listen to Pavarotti. She cherished the time she spent with her family and will be remembered for her passion, strength, and love of life.

Antonietta is preceded in death by her husband Waclaw, her mother Amabile and father Natale, her sisters Wanda Montoncello and Giuseppina Montoncello. Antonietta is survived by her daughter Laurie; grandchildren Natalie Anne (Ryan) Heitman, Diane Lynn (Curt) Cashour, and Thomas John (Kristy) Cihota; step-grandchildren John Edward (Maria) Cihota Jr. and Jerry Paul Cihota; brother Giancarlo (Regina) Montoncello, sister Maria (Albino) Bozino, and brother Ferruccio (Maria Pia) Montoncello; great grandchildren Kelsey Marie Cihota, Kathleen Anne Cihota, John Edward Cihota III, Mikayla Rae Davis, Zachary Paul Cihota, Jack Andrew Cihota, Noah Sloan Heitman, Olivia Irene Heitman, Carter Thomas Cihota, Finley Rose Heitman, Gracelynn Anne Heitman, and Charlotte Marie Cihota; nephews Ulrico Bozino, Loris Montoncello, Riccardo Montoncello, Alessandro Montoncello, Marco (Laura) Montoncello and niece Paola Bozino.
