Patrick “Scribbles” Michael Carr • September 30, 2017



Patrick was born June 5, 1965 in Pensacola, FL and passed away in a motorcycle accident September 30, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents Michael and Avie Carr. He leaves behind his sister Kerry (Jeff and niece Jessica), Aunt Sandra Gentry, Aunt Lonnie Bishop (Roy – deceased), Uncle Roger Dobson (Nellie), Uncle Mickey Moore (Mary – deceased) and Aunt Debi Dobson (JB – deceased), numerous close cousins and an extended family of motorcycle brothers and sisters.
Patrick graduated from Pine Forest High School and worked in the family business, The Corner Store and Post Office for 10 years. He also had a long career as a vet tech showing a lifelong compassion for all animals. For the past year he followed his heart and took up work as a painter full time. He also was commissioned to do various art works that showcased his talents as a graphic artist.
His love of motorcycles included him in numerous charitable biker events. Patrick was known for his loving nature and was a loyal and trusted friend to many.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm October 7, 2017 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens with visitation held prior to the service at noon. His ashes will be scattered privately.

    We are so sad to hear of Patrick’s death! We cannot begin to imagine the pain your family is going through. Please know that we remember just how special Pat was, even our children were broken-hearted to hear of his passing. I am sure that God has ushered him into heaven and he is walking on streets of gold!! We also know that it may not seem like it right now, but God is bottling every tear you cry and that He is and will continue to carry you all.     Scribbles has always been a wonderful friend to my husband and I. He was one of the most kind hearted people I have ever met. He was always willing to help out anyone and would give his shirt off his back for the ones he cared for. He had an odd sense of humor and was always making everyone laugh. He was a very talented person, his artwork and guitar playing showed that. He was never afraid to be himself and everyone loved him for that. He is greatly loved and missed!!
