Wanda Sue McCoy • January 16, 2019

Wanda McCoy graduated to heaven on 1/16/2019. She faithfully served her Lord and Savior all her adult life and finished her long battle with cancer here on earth surrounded by family. Thanks to the prayers of friends and loved ones, she lived several years longer than doctors had expected.
A celebration of life memorial service will be conducted at Pensacola Memorial Gardens, on Friday 1/18/2019 at 6pm, officiated by Pastor Joshua Burdick. The family will have a private graveside service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Gideons International.

  1. Oscar & Elaine Huskey says:

A precious lady of the Lord! She was a gifted lady who loved the Lord. She was meticulous in her work and responsibilities. She was faithful. She was devoted to her husband (who preceded her to his eternal rest in glory) and to her family. She will be missed, but not forgotten. Thank you Lord for the opportunity to know Chuck and Wanda McCoy! Indeed, precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints!

  2. Carolyn J Burleson says:

I remember always feeling the presence of the Lord when I was around Mrs. McCoy. I know she is in his loving arms. I pray for the family. I’m thankful to get to experience the same love for God in her daughter Kim’s heart!

  3. Katie Pace says:

I didn’t know Wanda McCoy personally. I work with Kim McCoy her daughter so I know she was a very special mother. Kim is a wonderful co-worker who is sweet and kind and a pleasure to be around. Your family is in my prayers.
