Clarence M. "Jack" Chamberlain, Jr.
9/6/1927 - 11/7/2009





C. M. “Jack” Chamberlain, 82, of Pensacola, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2009.



Born on September 6, 1927 in Knoxville, TN, he had resided in the local area for 68 years. After 31 years of service, he retired from Monsanto-Solutia. Jack was o a veteran of the U. S. Army having served his country during WWII in the Pacific theater. He was a Mason and a Shriner and enjoyed antique cars. Jack was of the Baptist faith and at the age of 12 was saved in Bible School.



Preceded in death are his parents, Clarence and Lillie Chamberlain.



Survivors include his sister, Mary Lou (Stanley) Lowery; brothers, Gary Michael (Susan) Chamberlain and Buddy Chamberlain; nieces, Marie (Ken) Shannon and Donna Lowery; grandnephews, Patrick Shannon and Shane Shannon.



A visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2009 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home until services begin at 2:00 p.m.



Interment will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.



Pallbearers are Gary Chamberlain, Buddy Chamberlain, Patrick Shannon and Shane Shannon.



The family wishes to express a special thank you to Doyle and Juanita Ward and to the staff of Joyce Goldenberg Hospice Residence for their loving care of Jack.



In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriner’s Transportation Fund in memory of C. M. “Jack” Chamberlain.
