Bettye Barksdale, 77, of Pace, passed away peacefully from this life to join her
Savior, Jesus Christ.
She was a gracious, warm-hearted, giving, wife, mother, grandmother,
great-grandmother and sister who added joy wherever she went.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Mattie Lee White and brothers, Buford White and Bill White.
She is survived by her loving husband, Harold and her three children, Cammie (Betty),
Ken (Sunshine) and Alan; grandchildren, Ashley, Brandon and Jennifer; great-grand child, Keeley and many life-long friends.
Family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 28, 2009 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home until services begin at 2:00 p.m.
Interment will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Donald Holt, Ronald Holt, Gary Fiveash, Randy Fiveash, Geno Fiveash and
Eddie Higginbothem.
Honorary pallbearers will be Terrell Barksdale, Jim Fiveash, Gene Fiveash,
Paul Fiveash, George Harley, Les Beasley and Joe Shirley.
