Jimmy William Moye, 63, went to be with the Lord on February 28, 2010 after a heroic battle with cancer.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Judy Moye.
He is survived by wife Sandy Moye; daughters, Sherry (Bobby) Brock, Karen (Martin) Romero; grandchildren, Chelsea (Adam) Simon, Tiffany Romero, Bobby Brock, Brooke Romero and Richard Brock and his great-grandchild, Landon Simon. He also leaves behind two brothers, Joel (Sue) Moye and Robert Moye; three sisters, Laura Vaughn, Lilly Mathis and Linda Pyles and best friends, Gary (Diann) Lee and Charles (Tonya) Peek.
He was an avid fisherman and loved spending time with family and friends. He was a loving husband, father and PawPaw Jimmy always put his God and family first and his family will miss him greatly.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at the funeral home with Reverend Don Neese and Reverend Gordon Godfrey officiating.
Interment will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.
